Accepting payments via Apple Pay and Google Pay

"Freedom Pay Kyrgyzstan" Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as the Operator)
Hereby, in accordance with the requirements of the Digital Code of the Kyrgyz Republic dated July 31, 2025, No. 178, as well as regulatory legal acts adopted pursuant thereto (hereinafter referred to as the Applicable Legislation), freely, consciously, and of my own free will, I give my full and unconditional consent to:
the collection and processing of Data by means of:
a) registration and (or) authorization of the Subject on the website (in the mobile application) of the Operator or on any other electronic resource of the Operator;
b) signing the Consent on an electronic medium by any method, using electronic digital signature tools, signing by using a one-time password (OTP) sent by the Operator or its agent to the Subject's mobile phone number via an SMS message, or in a web or other software application via a push notification;
c) visiting the electronic resources of the Operator, including by accepting Cookies or other policies, protocols, software, and hardware that can record the Subject's data;
d) using the products or services of the Operator.
the collection, transfer, and processing of Data (any operation or set of operations performed regardless of the methods by the holder (owner) of personal data or on their behalf, by automatic means or without them, for the purpose of collection, recording, storage, updating, grouping, blocking, erasing, and destruction of personal data), including but not limited to personal data, data constituting banking secrecy, insurance secrecy, commercial secrecy in the securities market, and any other secrecy protected by law in favor of the Operator's affiliates, the Operator's agents, and any other third parties (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Third Parties"), when the provision of Data is required in accordance with the requirements of applicable legislation, for the purpose of provision of products and services to the Subject by the Operator or Third Parties, or for the purpose of fulfilling obligations under an agreement between the Operator and the specified Third Parties. The Subject agrees that the Data may be included in the databases of the Operator or Third Parties, where subsequently the Subject's personal data may be processed without any involvement of the Operator; provided that the Operator undertakes to require Third Parties to ensure the confidentiality of the transferred Data;
the cross-border transfer of Data by the Operator outside the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic to the territory of states (transfer by the holder (owner) of personal data to holders under the jurisdiction of other states) in cases where it is necessary for the purposes of collection and processing of Data declared in this consent.
A. In this Consent, "Data" includes, but is not limited to, information / details relating to a specific Subject or a Subject identifiable on their basis, recorded on an electronic medium, including, without exception: last name, first name, patronymic; phone number; email address; the model of the Subject's device and data on its operating system language type and browser and (or) the type of internet connection used during the visit; the Subject's location data obtained by IP address; information about purchases made by the Subject on the Internet and other metadata for analytics (cookie, etc.); content posted by the Subject or viewed by them on the Internet; changes in user status and duration of the visit.
B. The Subject's Data is collected and processed for the purpose of (the list is not exhaustive): carrying out the activities of the Operator and Third Parties to provide financial services, marketing and advertising activities, research, conducting promotions, providing (sending) any information materials to the Subject, including about products and (or) services and (or) offers of the Operator and Third Parties, as well as other notifications via telephone, facsimile, and other types of communication, as well as via open communication channels (including SMS messages, e-mail, push notifications, voice messages, remote access systems, social networks, etc.), as well as for payment using QR codes or barcodes, for selecting a payment or service recipient from phone book contacts, for displaying the Subject's avatar/photo in the mobile application of the Operator and/or Third Parties, for receiving and providing the Subject's digital documents to/from digital document services, for voice communication with representatives of the Operator/Third Parties; for providing services to the Subject; for conducting audits by the Operator/Third Party related to the fulfillment of requirements on countering the legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime and financing of terrorism; for protecting the Operator's clients from fraudulent actions of the Subjects.
C. The Subject's personal data cannot be distributed by the Operator and (or) Third Parties in publicly available sources, except for cases when the relevant written consent to perform these actions has been obtained from the Subject.
D. This Consent is provided for the entire period of the Operator's activity or until the date when an updated consent is issued and communicated to the Subject.
