Guidance for Connecting to the Freedom Pay 
Payment Service
To connect to Freedom Pay, please follow these steps:

Submit Your Request 
Fill out the form on our website, providing your contact details.

Get Access 
You will receive a letter containing your login details for your personal account.

Fill out the application form
Provide information about your company and management, as well as incorporation documents and other details upon request.

Prepare Your Website
Enter information about the website and the planned payment acceptance methods. Please note that the following elements should be available on the website: 

  • real goods/services with current prices in KGS (not test data)
  • true information about the products and the company (not test data)
  • public offer (or user agreement)
  • an offer with full details of the seller
  • information about delivery methods or how the buyer can receive goods
  • privacy policy
  • contact details of your company (address, phone, email)
  • description of the payment procedure
  • logos of the Visa, Mastercard and Elcart payment systems

Sign the agreement
Sign the agreement, stamp it, then scan and upload the copies. The original documents must be sent to the Freedom Pay office.

Perform Technical Integration 
Configure the connection to the Freedom Pay payment solution according to the provided technical documentation. 
7
Accept Your First Payment
Once you have successfully tested all processes, you can start accepting payments.
